Having been a cherished part of the GHT family for many years, they bring unwavering dedication and genuine care to everything they do. From conducting confirmation calls and rigorous administrative checks to handling complex policy queries and guiding clients through claims assistance, their compassion shines through every interaction. Based across the country, our admin team is available six days a week, standing ready to support both our field teams and the valued clients we serve every day.
